The Council is responsible for governance, fiduciary and administrative oversight of the International Consortium for Harmonization of Clinical Laboratory Tests. The Council is responsible for determining the scope of operations of the ICHCLR within a budget based on member annual participation fees.
Council members are professional organizations with a strong commitment to harmonization who contribute $10,000 annually to support the administrative costs of the program.
